REFUND & RETURN POLICY – BELBAX

1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable)

  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process

BELBAX reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Belbax

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Belbax may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a mistake from Belbax, return shipping will be covered by us

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
